Lecturer

Hannes Leidinger is a lecturer and visiting professor at the University of Vienna, as well as teaching at the University of Salzburg and the Andrássy University Budapest and being an associated researcher at the University of Bern. He is a member of the Military Historical Memorial Commission of the Austrian Ministry of Defence, head of the Vienna branch of the Ludwig Boltzmann Department for Research on the Consequences of War, head and contributor to several research projects, exhibition curator, consultant for television and and radio programmes, editor of film sources (in particular, the Austrian Film Archive's editions) and the author of numerous publications, particularly on the history of Central and Eastern Europe in the 19th and 20th centuries.
