Mag.a Dr.in Petra Mayrhofer

Petra Mayrhofer is a historian. At present, she is researcher within the FWF-project "Expert Clearing Houses in Vienna as Transfer Hubs of Ideas", focusing on scientific transfers during Cold War and the transformation period. She was a Visiting Student Researcher am Institute of Slavic, East European and Eurasian Studies, University of California, Berkeley, USA and research associate at the Institute for Economic and Social History, Vienna University of Economics and Business as well as at the Ludwig-Boltzmann-Institute for European History and Public Spheres, Vienna. At the University of Vienna, she part of the research group New Cold War Studies and the network Sport History / Studies Austria.
